Default Pelicans

I took this photo yesterday in a park nearby. i went there with my girlfriend and noticed another "couple" going gracefully up and down the pond!!

Christos,

You've definitely got more exotic park life than me. I like the composition but I'd also have tried a slightly lower angle, more on the birds level.

You were also working under very hard light....

I was a bit surprised as well cause the most exotic bird i ve ever seen in that pond up to now was a...duck :lol:

I know what you mean, am not fully satisfied myself with the photo, Unfortunately i had to take the photo while on a wooden bridge, quite high up from the water...also it was an overcast day...with strong sun coming out of the clouds and exposing the birds only from one side..

But now i know they are there i ll be prepared next time

tough light.....but very cool looking.....mainly it is tough because of the white bird reflecting a lot of light....making it very hard to expose correctly.....but i think it came out alright....would probably be better if you were eye level to them....but you might have scared them away then
