Here is a Seagull I shot on the Southern Oregon Coast over Memorial Day weekend. Camera is Nikon D100, Nikon 80-300mm lens.

Good job catching some detail in the shadows. And I like the curve of the rail in the background. I find it brings my eyes back to the bird 'cause of the curve.

OHenry, since you and I are practically neighbors, we ought to get together and do a photo shoot sometime.

I've been known to wander the Portland area. I'll let you know next time I'm headed up that way. My wife goes to meetings and I try to find ways to entertain myself.
