I burned the area between the lizard and the tree and also a sepia version. I like the sepia but would like others opinions.

For what it's worth, I prefer the top one.

it's hard to tell...cuz the way the second one is resized....it looks pixellated....but if you post them the same size..then i'll tell ya....but right now i'm leaning towards the first one....

It's a tough choice for me. Originally I liked the top one better. I thought the bright hilights on the head looked less unnatural in the first one.

But I'm starting to warm up to the second one. It seems like the texture stands out more in it. Difficult choice.

I resized them both the same into photobucket but for some reason the second one came out smaller:roll:

this may be a little large now:-)

I like it because the glare around the lizards mouth does not seem to bad

You might want to try to reduce the hilight with dodge/burn (I always forget which does which) on the head... that could help it a lot. I assume you don't want to go so far as to clone some scales on the nose? Probalby not allowed.

I prefer the B&W version. For me that one stands out. It looks more natural.

Make sure your file size is under 250k or photobucket will resize and or reduce its dimensions.
