More of that deer. Thought I'd take a closer crop on this shot.

well....it's TOO close a crop....believe it or not...lol

i'm so glad you said it was a crop too, cuz that means you can back it up a bit!

i think you should recrop it with at least the ear still in it...

but it looks like a great shot nice and sharp, good exposure (tough because of the light down it's nose, and the shadow by it's eyes) you did well!

good job!

Yea, I wouldn't consider this cropped composition a finished product. At full size, which this is not, the fuzz on the antlers really stand out. I guess the only way to display, properly, the detail inherent in the frame is to make a large print. By the way how do you get the letters in these posts to display in white? I don't see that option in the drop down box.

Doesn't the text color depend on what Board Theme he has chosen in his profile preferences?

Philby check out your profile preferences...

well yeah....the default is the text color to use (not changing it) because it works for all the skins....

Ok, vito, I think what you're saying is that if he leaves his text color as default by not selecting a different text color, then it will display correctly for each skin. I agree...

A good enhancement to this forum software would be instead of actual text colors to select from, the editor instead allowed you to also choose from among logical text colors. So... if you want to highlight your text, select the "highlight" text color, rather than, let's say, red.

That way, each skin would have a meaningful color available to satisfy each logical color choice and text would display so that it could be easily read for each skin.

(BTW, this is exactly how Windows color schemes are setup)
