For the picture size (number of bytes), it has very low detail. Did you do any post processing? What camera. And what is the black thing by swan's tail.

Hmmm. They can fly. They can swim. They can walk. They look like feet to me.
Sorry I just couldn't resist.

Looks like a fine start to Me, something in Your software stripped the Exif data, but generally it works best to shoot white birds a bit on the dark side of the exposure scale. You will catch more detail in the plumage. Data did indicate PS 7, it should not have wiped out data.

Alas loss of detail I suppose is what happens wen you push the limits of your equipment. And being a newbie to Digital, doenst help either.
My camera is the the Toshiba PDR 3300. Yes I did do a fair amount of post processing. Sharpened with VTie Sharp Control. As the shot was a touch on the underexposed side, levels were brought up. And curves adjusted.
The "black thing", was indeed his foot.

Tsisya, Thank you.
That is my only complaint of the Vite Sharp Control applet. It seems to strips all info from your print. Unless of course Im not using it correctly, which is entirely possible.
