We just had a huge one day snowfall and the only thing I could find above the white were these pigeons on a hazy after-the-snowfall day.

I had some help with the Canon 200 2.8 prime and 1.4x Sigma teleconverter on this one, bobby. The combination seems to work nicely. I appreciate the comment and agree with you that the Mark II certainly helps matters. I was extremely pleased with the out of camera sharpness with the 200 2.8 prime, though, and with the 1.4 converter attached. It rated high in both forum comments and on MTF ratings and weighs a whole pile less than a 200 zoom. I was amazed at the difference and it's a nice weight change from the Bigma.

Amazing what they can do with their tail feathers, nearly seems unreal. Nice shooting!
