Lovely shots, Julie

I love the expression on that last one, even iffocus is not quite so pin-sharp as the other two. The way he is studying your camera I can almost imagine he's wondering to himself, "What does that button do ?"

Regards, John.

thanks, my hubby liked that shot the best, it's a pity it is not as sharp as the others. he is a young bird, I think. they hang around my bedroom window where Ive got a tree and a bird feeder nearby.

Wow, Julie, I can't believe how you are improving in your efforts to photograph birds! When you get close enough you can really take some good shots as the first two shots here prove. It's a pity that the last one isn't quite as sharp as I love the way the dove has his/her head positioned.

Very nice!

These are superb bird shots alady, crisp, colorful, and flavorful poses, not to mention a pretty fine bokeh behind. Those dove eyes are to die for.

thanks Norm, I like the first one best as far as a good shot goes. The last one would have been really good had it been more sharp.
