Really pretty shot, Bobby! It's a little bright on the underside but that's just me being picky. I'd be happy to have taken this shot!

Greater and Lesser Yellowlegs are difficult to tell apart. The best identifying procedure is the length of the bill relative to the width of the head. In this case, measuring it on my monitor, the bill's length is almost twice the width of the bird's head. That would seem to indicate a Greater Yellowlegs. In the Lesser, the bill is approximately as long as the head is wide. Phew.

Can't help much on the ID, not really up on water fowl. It is a nice shot.
Getting detail in white areas in these conditions is tough. If you shot RAW
format, check the histogram to see if the whites really were clipped. If
not, you might be able to play some games with exposure and brightness
in the capture program to pull in some highlights and do some tweeks
in post processing. Just a thought. I am with Geoff though, I'd be happy with
this shot as is.

Thanks geoffs and woodmeister. I shot in RAW. Since my monitor is not calibrated and I use LCD, sometimes colors are not what they should be. I need to buy spider thing. I will try to reduce the whites. When I processed in C1, it didn't show any red warnings.
