My wife and I went back to our favourite spot yesterday [a small nature reserve 30km from home] where"our" fish eaglehad a tragic end to it's life a few weeks ago, and we were very pleased to see a semi-juvenile Fish-Eagle flying in the area, hopefully it will settle and continue the reign of this great speciesat the reserve.

The bird was very high, so the shot is not that great, but here it is anyway, with a few extras that we saw and captured as well.

Very nice shots, Jake. I agree with Houston, keep posting. I especially like the springbok and heron shots, but they are all wonderful. Looks like it was a great day for you guys.
