A few photos of birds in our backyard. Comments welcome. I have thick skin. Thanks, Woody

Hey Woody, nice clear well exposed shots. Very nice.
Say, how's our young Coopers Hawk friend doing? Have you seen him lately?

smac...no I haven't seen him this week. Of course it was a long week and I didn't have much time to look. I hope he's one of the lucky few to survive. He deserves it. I'll let you know if I see him. Thanks for the comments too. Woody

I agree with smac on these shots Woody. They are well done all around and you should be quite pleased with the results IMO. My fav is the waxwing mainly because of the colors.

I really like the waxwing. It appears on my screen that the dove may be slightly over-sharpened.

Thanks much for the comments. I love Cedar Waxwings, but we only have them for a few days while they migrate. And yes, I do tend to oversharpen. I must learn to keep it to a minimum. I must say I am honored by your comments normcar. You set the standard with your bird photography. I'm still looking for a nice AF telephoto. Hope all had a quiet and peaceful holiday. Woody
