On this image you can see what he's hunting for, insect larva.

When they dip their heads in the water, it appears like a long look of contentment, actually their sheilding their eyes from the water.

I missed it, but he just swallowed some sort of baby crab. You can see the serrations in the back of the beak...

Now both Pierre and I know what the Greater Yellowlegs looks like. Well, yes, I'm sure, he's a good sized bird
