A Flicker who is just to fast for my camera speed. I still love the way those wings reflect light

A Red Throated Loon, to far away to see details of the bird, but the rough waters of the sea make this a nice picture anyway.

I really like them both but especially the second one with the whirling water. Very effective, Dave.

Hi Norm, thanks for the remarks, the shot of the Loon was from so far away I'm surprised that any detail showed up.

BTW. I wanted to look at your beaver shots, but after waiting ten minutes for the images to load, I gave up. Would it be possible to reduce the size a wee bit so that those with just 56K can also look?
