Great looking bird, I hope you keep at that one because it would be well well worth the extra effort to get more of this one. Great job on the photos. Who cares if they are a touch soft, that's an eagle and eagles can be soft if they want to be

Very nice shots once more. Yes it would be great if you could manage to get a good shot of one of them in flight showing the full wedgetail while in flight, which make this bird stand out.

I have often seen them on the NSW south coast but never had my camera with me at the time.

Sorry I'm late commenting on these Alady. I've looked at them several times and at work I sometimes get distracted and have to do something else and forget about it. But you sure did do good on these and a lot better than I've done onmost of my flight shots so far. Sometimes its not the lens that makes a pic good but the one holding the camera. I'm still having trouble keeping my wits together when I do get a chance on a flight shot. Again, very nice indeed.
