Good choice! :-)

Under the "IMAGE" menu, Convert to Grayscale, after that is done, the option "DUOTONE" previously grayed out, will become functional. Select "DUOTONE," and in the resulting dialogue, choose either monotone, duotone, tritone or quadtone...

The first color chosen in a Quadtone will be the predominant color...
