These shots from the D2x were too noisy. The problem is that I shot at ISO 800, fine for some applications but not for wildlife photograhy.

My next posts will be at ISO 500, and should be quite a bit more detailed...:?:

The large 12.4 sensor and the greater dynamic range are marvels and I hope to show that. How else can I hustle Nikon for money after bad mouthing them?

Nice photo of a great looking bird. Three is my favorite, great light.
