Bobby, all of these are excellent +. Everything about them seems perfect to me. And like most of the others my favorite is the last one. The way the little fellow head and small portion of its body is sticking up from behind the leaves really caught my eye. Really good work here. You mentioned using the 1.4x tc and a tripod. May I ask if your tc is a Tamron and did youput your 100-400L on manual focus. I have not tried using my 100-400L on a tripod yet and my 1.4x tc is Tamron. Just wondering.

I was using the cheap tamron 1.4xTC. Recently I got a fiesol tripod (in hopes of getting the 400F5.6) and I was trying it out. The AF works but a bot slow in good light.
