Nice one, Julie - also good to see you back in action ... are these indigenous deer, and do they have a name ?? [IE: reindeer or fallow deer - just curious, it is so nice seeing and learning about different species of wildlife in other areas of the planet]



Regards from a wintery SA [although I must admit, it seems a lot warmer than normal this winter over here, we're sitting at about 2C - 24C with beautiful crisp days, i hope it does get colder so the mosquitos and ticks etc get knocked out]

No deer are native to our country, this one is a young one I photographed in the fields of a local deer farm, they breed them for the meat here.
