I was especially pleased these shots were usable. I shot them fairly early this morning at iso 200, which is pushing it with my camera, and pretty low shutter speeds.

Nice shots mullen. #2 is my favorite, although the "peek-a-boo" shot through the
foliage in #3 is interesting as well.

That second shot is excellent and could be posted alongside any shot taken with a more expensive camera of the same subject without any negatives whatsoever. Nice job.

One consideration, though: I think this is a Hairy Woodpecker as the beak seems just too long for it to be a Downy. Just a thought. Again, great photo!

I agree, no 2 is real good. I would crop it a bit tighter.
