This Blue Heron, shot at dawn, suddenely discovered a huge series of waves coming. Apparently THIS amount of water is something he didn't want to meet.

The cause of the wave? It was a Tsunami! Ok, sorry, it was the normal breaking surf of Brooklyn.

You still don't buy that? Ok, how about a really big boat loaded with drunken New Yorkers going fishing...

There was also a Great White Egret a bit further out. The Egret didn't mind the waves. These shots were taken from about three hundred yards out.
