You got some fine exposures on these difficult to expose Pelicans, nice job Jim. The action is good too, great post.

Great shots on a wonderful subject. Earlier I posted some pelican pics on this forum and know how difficult it is to capture them just at the right moment of flight. You did a good job. Where were these pelicans? Bow river?

Thanks for the compliments. The pictures were taken on the Bow River in Calgary by the irrigation weir.
