Most excellent:!:

I especially like the way it looks like the bird is staring you down, even though he must be idling at 200mph.

Wonderful shots Norm. I especially like the first shot. Looks like you were above the Harrier...how'd you do that? With your help from your suggestion, I have ordered the Sigma 50-500mm DG. I should have it by mid week. Now if I can just learn how to best use it. Woody

Some how these shots slipped by me. All I have to say is that first shot is awesome. Nice
sharp subject and nicely blurred background w/o showing apparrent signs of motion.

Hi, I just wanted to tell you that your harrier pictures are all wonderful....these and the other group. You must have been close to the nest for the harrier to dive bomb you???? maybe??? You would love being in my back yard as we have hawks nests in several trees. They are really high up so I haven't been able to get any good pictures with my fz5. Thanks for sharing such mavelous pictures! So interesting and so enjoyable!!!! bentleysmom

Thanks both of you for taking a look and leaving the really generous compliments. I'm happy that you are enjoying the Harrier. It's a beautiful bird in it's own, special, somewhat violent way.
