Great shot and a very funny pose you got the chipmunk in. Sharp too! Way to go woodmeister...

BTW, did you find that you had to run NeatImage (or other NR tool) on this image? Just curious...

Thanks all. Actually, I was standing in a bunch of bushes waiting for a group of vireos
to get close enough to photogragh (never happened), when I heard this noise in the
tree next to me. When I turned to see what it was, there was the chippy. He just
stopped in that position as if to say take my picture.

Geoff - I did do some NR with neat image.

These guys are so cute....

Did you know that as well as nuts and stuff, these guys will happily eat bugs and actually kill mice?
