In these pictures are Sanderlings, Least Sandpipers, A Ruddy Turnstone or two and who knows what else.

They were taken just after sunrise.

It's a living...

I really like the last one of the lone bird with the eye and breast just beginning to get bathed in that early morning light. Thats a good one. The others are too but I like that one best.

None of these pictures are as sharp as they could be if I had stronger light. Shot them all at 1/60 - just a wee bit of shake, plus just a touch of noise.
