Hi, I recentley had the opportunity to take some pictures of some parrots. They certainly liked to talk. bentleysmom

Wow! The colors on these birds is...well...LOUD! It's hard to believe mother nature provides such vivid colors on living creatures. Could you imagine you or I walking around sporting such flash? :? Anyway, terrific portraits! The first one is my favorite, and the last looks like he was flappin' his jaws instead of his wings! :lol:

You should come to my neighborhood, the East Village, and these parrots would be tame stuff...

You did a masterful job getting the color, texture, and sharpness from these beautiful birds. If they could talk I'm sure they would thank you very much for presenting them so wonderfully.

Wonderful shots of very beautiful birds. Glad you posted as I hardly ever see anything such as these. My favorite is the first one, its awesome.
