Yes, it's actually called "Dead Horse Bay," but that name doesn't show up on highway maps...:lol:

These images are of THREE Snowy Egrets, who apparently like making use of these piles sunk in the sand that once respresented piers...

Sharing theese piles are the occasional Gull, Tern or in this case A Ruddy Turnstone.

Good ones Dave. The first one is the winner for me as I really like those Snowys. They are a pretty bird especially when you catch them in a good pose as you have here.

Real pretty photos, dave, your exposure on the whites is excellent and the background has a great blur in #2.
