On a trip upstate, I stopped off at one of my favorite lakes. It was cloudy, drizzly, and I noticed a Great Blue about a third of a mile away "bearing gifts for the Queen"

It was dark, misty and all I could get was a top speed of 1/80...

He was about a hundred feet from shore on the first shot, and just after the second, he just turned and "poured" that big bass right down his throat. I was in the process of changing location and naturally missed it...

The Third shot, was when I hustled over and got a closer look. He was STILL not satisfied and still hunting.
