As the weather changes here and so the smaller birds return in larger numbers. I was actually inside the tree under the honeyeater with the lens stuffed upward towards the bird, he did not see me at first but I think it was not to long before he noticed something was amiss:-)With the little silver eye he did see me.



The Honey-eater preening himself oblivious to me and my camera



all of a sudden he hears me



I think I annoyed him in his hiding place, this tree is also prickly:roll:

These are technically, amongst the best shots you've posted. And for a change, perfectly processed...:lol:

Number 2 is a wonderful illustration of the text! Great capture.
