Hi All, I haven't posed for awhile as I attended a tennis tournament(of which I participated) in Southern California. Of course I stayed some extra days for pictures. These pictures were taken at Joshua Tree National Park with my Panasonic fz5.The park is aWonderful place to visit!!!!!!! I ran out of days but wanted to take a trip to the Sulton Sea where there is good birding. The park was wonderful...I highly recommend it! The first picture is of a butterfly that I have yet to identify. It was found near Barker Dam..... I hope that you all enjoy these......

The second one is a Painted Lady that I found at Keys View. I had a hard time with this on as it kept fading into the flowers....ah finally the right lighting.....

All very nice. The rabbit shot is special with the lighting the way it is.
