majestic looking bird, wish I could get some of our hawk and eagles like this, I have yet to see many though.

Pentax *istDS. Had it on sports mode, Quantaray 70-300.

I believe it was on 800 ASA at the time. No post processing other than removing a little noise in the sky.

Actually, I was doing shots of a soccer game, and I noted him a long way off. He then took a swing over the field, precisely where I needed him, on the side with the good light.

Very cooperative model.
