I really like how this shot came out that I took at the LA Zoo today. I'd like to submit it to a photo contest, but I didn't look at the name of the bird. Can anyone help? I think it looks better if I know what I photograhed. Thank you.

no idea, but have captureed it so well. great exposure and colour. very sharp too

Thank you. It made for a gorgeous letter sized print, too. I am not sure about the turkey vulture. It seems to have dark feathers, but probably related....any other tips?
