It's a flycatcher, probably the Eastern Phoebe since it looks like it has an eye ring. If it's tail bobs up and down, it's for sure a phoebe. Nice photo!

LOL:GI only know it as a mockingbird... never knew they could immitate the look too...:G

That is the funny part. A Mockingbird can and does immitate Everyone's song. That is in fact the origin of their name.

And of course, they will dive bomb you quicker then anyone else...:?:

I like this photo Silver. You've captured him well.

Speaking of bombing, yesterday afternoon one was attacking a Raven across the street from me. After the attack he was back to singing.

Heck, they've dive bombed me, who needs a Raven? I've seen them attack cats, dogs, you name it.
