Lions taken with my Nikon 35mm, most of these are scans so they are a littly grainy, the actual photo is alot cleaner

Yes, I found that zoo to be very photogragher friendly unlike most other zoos I have been to. I even had a tough time with getting photos at theSanDiegoZoo. I enjoyed it, but I am not sure if its one I can do all the time, like I can Point Defiance in Tacoma.

Point Defiance also has some exhibits Woodland Park doesn't, which is neat, but it's not nearly so big. i need to get down there soon... haven't been there in a couple of years...

I always enjoy seeing your photos Niki! Love the Lion and Bear photos. There is something about big cats!

Thank you, that lion was so pretty, my favorite out of the zoo. I took some more today, (posted in what happened) but they are messed up and I dont know why or what I did wrong.
