This bird just wouldn't budge, I was certain it wanted to be photograped as I probably took in excess of 300 shots of him/her.

Ok, Buzzsaw, I shared with you where the Great Horned Owls were in Lakeville. Where did you find this Eagle?! GREAT shot I can see why you took 300 shots! I, too, am curious how far you were from this bird and what lens you used. Did you break any tree branches taking this photo?! (just kidding!)

It was with my old Tamron lens 200-500mm and I replaced that lens with the Nikkor 80-400mm AF VF... I was probably twenty five feet away and it was on Blackdog road in the MN river valley in Bloomington.:-)
