Yesterday I got out and hoped the sun would be kind to me around sunset. All taken with 20D 500mm & 1.4x TC and tripod.

1. While looking for a bird that jumped into some logs and debri, I found this guy, a northern watersnake. 1/20f/13 iso 400

3. Finally the osprey is back. This next set of 4 is a bit "gross". I thought birds just sat and "dropped"!!! Not this one. all taken at over 100 yds.

I often refer to Osprays as having a "sweet look" for a Hawk. Well, take a GOOD look at that last shot....:shock:

PS - Yes indeed, those are great shots of the snake...

But where, I ask Where did that Ospray poop land? :?:
