These shots, taken at my favorite marsh at dawn. There were a bunch of other birds there as well, and I have pictures of them. Most of them got spooked by the itinerent Willet, who devotes his life looking out for me. But they came back, since they actually didn't see me. They got spooked again by the sound of my M16, finally and permently getting rid of the Willet.

Thanks for the help on the fish id...:-)

I'm adjusting to my new set-up, and these images were a touch over-exposed, as opposed to the next group I post which were under-exposed.

Great shots.

I shot a series of egrets a while back and they are so easy to over expose.
