With a risk of sounding too clever - nice beginner shots!

Default Thanks Klaus

Cheers mate,

I was just looking at some 10D photos you had commented on two seconds ago.

Thanks for the comments,

Cant wait to get my 10D

I'm so happy now not yet sure of whats good/bad

Photos were taken at 1/500sec on a Fuji 6900zoom

They were taken as .jpg when i converted them to tiff to resize they were about 3.6Mb

Does this sound right??

Very new to this game....but super keen to learn

Love it, I'm hooked after 1 day

I wholeheartedly agree. Great first shots. They certainly look a heck of a lot better than my first efforts.

One bit of free advice which might be worth exactly what you paid for it.

I noted you tried to capture some insects with many of the shots. That's a challenge. You may want to hone your skills first on non-moving objects to get your feet wet. Insects and other live creatures are notoriously non-cooperative at times. By focussing on non-moving objects you cut down on your frustartion level as a beginner.

Good work..

Why Insects?

Becuse they were there!!

I was at work, having lunch in the sun and my friend had brought his cam in.

I was really keen to try it out and withing ten min had all of these.

Thats it.

No real effort, maybe i should look into insect wrangling?

Or a flea circus even!!

Thanks for the replies!!
