yup u can do it

duplicate the image in layers pallet.......if u dont see it go to window/layers along the top.
drag layer with image to new layer icon..at bottom of layer pallet next to the bin icon

click on the duplicate layer so its blue this means your working on that layer and u wont mess up original

5th icon on left of tool bar (left hand side of screen) is clone tool, select a largish soft brush (from along top bar)
on your pic i found a soft 30 to be fine, use soft because edges are not as obvious

select a bit of the image u want to use to clone (alt key then left click with mouse) and then click over the man, it should
cover him with a part of image u clicked on. so alt click just to left of him the click on him and u shoud see result

it takes time and paitence to do it right, use bits from different places to make the effect more believeable

its hard to explain any simpler but your not actualy removing the man but your covering him up with little bits of the picture
allready there

I agree, but I think that's another, different shot.

I love this one, too. The backsidemight be that of a parent who thinks the girl is picking the strawbs and filling a container, but in fact she's eating them; hence the mischievous look.

So another piece of creative cloning would be to add some pieces of strawberry smeared around her mouth!
