Default What would be the best way

Hi I have a photo that needs an Xtreme makeover. It is poor quality but an important photo to me.

My son had to have surgery on his skull when he was four months old, and somehow all the photos we took during his hospital stay where deleted by mistake. A friend had stopped by the hospital the day after his surgery and took a photo with his cell phone, it is blury and not great but it is all we have of the hospital stay can any one make it look a little better please?

I hold out little hope it will get much better than this without that special FBI/CSI software.

Hi, No I did not try any recovery software. I am not sure if it was the computer or the meomey card it was deleted off of. We have look through the computer and I could not find them.

I am glad my friend did get the one pick, at least, as I am sure Weston (my son) will want to see it when he is older.

We have all his recovery at home pics, just not the hopital

Just wondering if you tried just a simple search such as
Start>search then, in the pop up window just check images and leave the rest blank.
Forgive if my Windows terminology is not 100% correct its been a long time since I have worked with a Windows based PC ..
Nevertheless this would allow Windows to search your entire hard drive, icons and all..
