A bit more noise reduction, a lil' different histogram works, some minor sharpening... I think with the quality of the original file at some point there is a limit at what can be done in a reasonable time. The faces look a bit softer, but loose detail already compared to my first version. I'd stop at that point and hope it helps in some way or the other.

I sometimes have to "improve" photos taken with my K850i cell phone camera... maybe that helped me a bit here...
