Default Help, can you make this readable???

I'm having a problem with Three (a UK mobile company) as they sent me 3 iPhones when I signed my contract (nice of them) so I had 2 sent back. They confirmed on the phone a few months ago that all was OK, now they are saying there is no record and can I get the tracking number again. Problem is, as it was a long time ago and they confirmed verbally that all was OK I binned the paperwork (silly I know now!).

I did take a photo of what I was including in the packing etc on my iPhone but wasn't worried about getting the detail of the tracking as I had that written down.

Do any of you wizards have the skills/software to make this readable? Without this I'm potentially stuck big time!

Thanks!!!

Hi Mark,

I had a play with the Focus Magic Plug in in PS, there's a little improvement,

but nothing like the clarity you need I'm afraid, I hope someone can do better.

It's probably a lost cause IMO. ... Jack.

Thanks a lot Jack, that's better than I managed. I did work out, and this confirms it that it is probably CX (or K) 19?0 ??0? 3GB so we've done pretty well! Just a few to go

Mark,

A thought ... Have you consulted Royal Mail, I'm guessing you probably sent

them back recorded delivery, if so I'm pretty sure they will retain records of

such transactions for longer than just a few months. ... Jack

Edit:- I think the 2 letters at the start relate to the postal district ofthe office you used to send them back,

so it should be possible to confirm this at a local PO.

I've not had much luck, they were my first port of call, but I have to go to the branch, unfortunately that is 180 miles away!

I'll give it another try concentrating on the number, but to be honest I'm not very hopeful. Will repost if there's improvement. ... J.

Cool, but please don't spend too much time on it.

No joy Mark, I can't detect improvement if any. I wonder if it might read better printed ?. ... Jack.

Another avenue you might like to try is cleaning up the image of the barcode section and scanning that with a barcode reader
