Here is a photo of the front of my AV Receiver. I used a reversed lens. I edited it myself and I posted it here. See what you can do. I'm sure you can think of something interesting.

Click the image fore a bigger version which is 1.3MB.

Here's my try, ferny !

Something I coouldn't really resist to looking at that exagonal grid :

P.S. :

Basic Layer :

- automatic levels& contrast ( the green changed to cyan during this phase )

- magic wound on some exagons and erase to get the holes.

Bees :

- Searched on googles for bees images.

- Roughly selected one and copied it several times

- Each one has been rotated and applied a drop shadow to its layer

- The top-left one has been given a bigger drop shadow distance to emulate its height

- The top-right one has been obtained by two bees on the same position over the exagonal hole, one above the basic layer and one beneath the basic layer. I then erased parts of the bee in the one on top of the basic layer.

How did you do that second one, Julie?

And Sergio. Wow! I saw the grid but bees never entered my head. I just saw it and thought, "hmm, nice pattern" and carried on going.
