Hi

Have been asked if anyone can remove the white line in this portrait photo.

Have tried, but have not got enough know-how

Many thanks for looking

I would advise caution here. This appears to be a copyrighted photo or proof from a professional studio. It is illegal to duplicate such photos or to remove the identifying marks placed by the studio.

Having said that, the easiest way is to use the clone tool with the background next to the white as the source. The hair is more difficult but it can be done.

the photographer has put the lines, and the copyright symbol to prevent phototheft,

if you try to take the copyright and the lines off, you will most likely get fined for copyright infringment

If you want to get rid of something ... just learn how to use the 'clone' tool in any good photo editing software.
