Hmm, well as far as the trees across the water, the detail just isn`t there due to the haze in the air so not too much that can be done there, but there are a few tweaks I would do if it were my image to make it look like a nice day and therefore a nice exposure.

This is a great picture already but just needing a little sharpening. This has already been done so I won't repeat the efforts. Again a great picture.

I don't understand PS layers, but I used PS combined with ACDSee to get this result.

Few Curve adjustments as well as brightness/contrast adjusted for the image. Also sharpened it a bit.

I cleaned some of the stitch planes and deepened the black and lessened the whites. Hope you like.
