Are you looking for a way to select just your brother, and make a head and shoulder portrait?

Photoshop, or other good editing program can do this quite easily. A small image like this will not give very good results if you want to print it very large.

Here is my attempt. I also did some red eye removal and adjusted the color balance and saturation some.

If you could be more specific, I or someone else would be happy to help.

cock3tail, as VTphotog said, try to be more specific about what you want. Do you want your brother extracted from the background altogether as in Brian's example, or would you prefer the crop to include the background as in Kenny_Leong's edit, but perhaps with a tighter crop ?

I have taken Brian's edit a couple of stages further to show you more choices, just examples, you don't have to settle for any of them, nobody will be offended. Also as Brian said, the file size will not really allow a good print of any significant size.

You could possibly email the original file to a member to see if that could be worked on more satisfactorily.

If you see anything that you like from these and (hopefully) others to come, then you can discuss it with the member(s) to see how it was/can bedone and any other options.

Regards,

Stevekin.
