My son was lucky enough to win tickets to a private Foo Fighters concert. It took place in a very small bar. He took my camera but they shots didn't turn out too good.
Can anyone fix them???????

I'm afraid Rose, I can't help the Foo's Fight their way out of a crap photo .

What's wrong with moving a few people around ? Adding a border ? No, you want the (virtually) impossible .

Next time, ask your son to win tickets to a Kylie Minogue concert......there's better lighting :-).

Couldn't do anything with no. 2....Too dark, nothing there but a whole lot of noise. Sorry, I was thinking of the 'music'.

Nor no. 3....A little bright.....heck, it looks like the concert took place during an Atomic bomb testing !!!

You sometimes get to the point where you think, "that looked better 17 adjustments ago. Why didn't I save it :?"

Best I could come up with I'm afraid.

Thanks for the help. I didn't think much could be done but yours is better anyway.

By the way, he is playing a guitar that Dale Ernhart gave him just last week.

Yes, the guitarist, Dave Grohl. William is a drummer but as you can tell he was trying to play the camera. :-)

Dale Ernhart is a famous race car driver in the USA.

Sorry, but I don't know how much of American music and sports are known in Europe.

We do get to hear a bit of American music over hear, not much Canadian though since Bryan Adams appears to have run off with Cèline Dion .

As for American sports, not too much is televised here. Superbowl is shown, the American Grand Prix will be on TV tomorrow (Sunday) evening at 7.00pm (GMT), and I'm sure some of the obscure cable and satellite channels here show Championship dwarf throwing or some such .

Do you find you have to watch more US sport, now that you haven't got yourpuck shiftersthis season ?

Anyway, get William to go see Kylie when she's better, honest, the lighting will be better :-).

Steve.

Hi, Rose;

Also took a shot at a couple of these, as I love a challenge. As Steve says, there is only so much that can be done. Looking at the EXIF, I see that these were taken at ISO 100, which is a bit low for indoor shots. If he borrows camera again for something like this, maybe you should set it to 400 before he leaves.

When I saw the Foo Fighters in the heading, I realized I must be getting old, because I expected to see some scans from WWII bomber cameras.
