Seems it's about the same procedure all over the world.

Only been there once, at the auction I mean. Next time I'll try to buy some managable quantities, perhaps without walking aound with cameras. At saturday afternoon it happens that they give away for free instead of throwing to the gulls

There is another room beside the main hall, with shrimps, crabs and crayfish. Seems less formal. I'll try to buy 3 hectograms of shrimps just for myself
