No there is no synchronization problem at all because we are NOT dealing with wires, but the speed of light (192,000mph) that makes it work very well indeed. Naturally, you must have a good light sensor on the Slave Flash.
Great! What would you estimate the maximum distance from camera to subject is in order for the slave flash to see enough reflected light to fire reliably? And what brand/model slave flash are you using?
