1-Being in the UK what uv filter and size should i buy from amazon, i don't do e-bay.
2-can i leave it on all the time? i wouldn't remember to keep taking it off
3-What can i get to be able to look at my taken photos without taking off the cover lens but be able to switch on the camera. for some reason, unlike my old Fuji, this camera won't let me switch it on with the lens still covering it.
4-is there an easy tutorial somewhere to learn how to use this FZ38 and if not can one be started by those knowledgable folks here?
I am finding it hard to learn being new and there is so much to remember too.

I know from posts that i am not the only newbie so ...
Thanks in advance

I leave mine on all the time.

Just set the button to playback mode - see picture - turn on the camera and you won't have to take the lens cap off.
