Who is the maker of the lens?

Which isn't a bad lens but sure can get bad PF in the right conditions.

I'll have to play around with exposure settings for sure to see if I can't get darker subjects to show more detail. I've found with my old glass that I usually have to set it a -07 to -01 to get it to look right on the camera but that doesn't seem to work here, at least not on the first shot.
