Great first sunset scene, you were really given a nice show.

As mentioned fix the horizon...... horizon is key in a landscape and vital in a seascape as it is so obvious to the eye.

The next thing to look at is what is the main area of interest in the photo, in this case it is by far the sky, however the water is dominant so I would aim for the rule of thirds here and shoot for 2/3 sky and 1/3 water. Lastly I would play around with levels a bit to give it some more punch.
